General

Dagmar Waehmer agrees that she will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential information which she has obtained, except as authorized by you or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply for the duration of the class/event and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this agreement.

All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by you to Dagmar Waehmer under this agreement is confidential information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this agreement or how it was provided to Dagmar Waehmer.

 

Any information disclosed to you by the instructor or other participants as part of the class must also remain confidential.

Results and Guarantees

Dagmar Waehmer does not guarantee any results or make any health claims.

 

Although ThetaHealing® has great benefits, results are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to your commitment to the class, participation, existing health conditions.

Any testimonials and examples are not intended to represent or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

 

Dagmar Waehmer does not provide medical, legal, investment or business advice. All opinions are provided for your consideration and should not be solely relied upon. It is your responsibility to obtain professional advice.

Health

In order to experience the full benefits of ThetaHealing®, please refrain from drinking alcohol or consuming any recreational drugs for at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class as this may affect your ability to participate.

Dagmar Waehmer does not claim to heal, treat, or cure any health conditions. It is recommended to continue to take any prescribed medication throughout the entire duration of the class. Please consult your medical doctor before making any changes in prescription medications.

It is your responsibility to inform Dagmar Waehmer of any health conditions you have which may impact on your ability to participate on the class.

​

If you have a health condition which will impact on your ability to participate on the class, Dagmar Waehmer may suggest an alternative method of contact or decline participation for your safety.

​

Your mental state may be affected by the consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs and it is not permitted at any time while you are in the class. Dagmar Waehmer reserves the right to cancel your place on the class if you breach this requirement.

 

Deposit and Payments

Theta Healing

Seminars

A deposit of €150 is required to secure your place in the seminar. The full seminar fee is due not later than 7 days prior to the commencement of the
seminar.

​

Sessions

The fee for the Session has to be paid within 24 hours after receiving the invoice. If I have to cancel, we will find an alternative appointment or I will reimburse the full amount.

Cancellation

If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the seminar, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the commencement of the seminar, your deposit will not be refunded, and the remainder of the seminar fee will
be refunded. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to the commencement of the seminar, no amounts will be refunded.

Language

The seminar will be conducted in German and/or English, depending on the composition of the seminar participants. You can choose to receive the course material and book in German or English.

Minimum Participants

The seminar will only take place if there are a minimum of 4 participants. If there are less than 4 participants 7 days prior to the commencement of the
seminar, the seminar will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund (or you may choose to credit the amount paid towards any other course offered within 12 months.

Constellations

Information on Booking, Payment, & Cancellation

 

1. Payments: If, during the session, a representative participant spontaneously wishes to have a topic addressed, the additional amount upto the full price of the „on-the-day“ ticket is payable after the session.  No refunds will be given where cancellation occurs within 24 hours prior to the event

 

2. Cancellation. If you cancel or are unable to attend, you will receive a credit to the value of your ticket, for use on any of our seminars, private sessions, or family constellations offered within 12 months - Minus an administration fee of 20€.

 

3. Language.  The family constellation sessions will primarily be conducted in German.  Sessions can also be offered in English or French upon request.
